 ## Ecos Factory & Green Loop

  
Ecos Factory and Green Loop specialize in the treatment of HDPE, LDPE, PP, and PS recycling from post-consumer waste sorting centers.

  
The 2 twin facilities are strategically located in Japan, with Ecos Factory in Saitama Prefecture and Green Loop in Shizuoka Prefecture, each with a designed capacity of 36,600 tons per year.

  
Both plants feature comprehensive processing capabilities including optical sorting, extrusion, and quality control laboratories to ensure consistent product quality.

  
Our output includes both pellets and flakes in a variety of dark colors. These recycled materials are well-suited for applications including logistics pallets and wooden decks, and are usually sold to compounding companies.
